My experience was a nightmare. I went in just to get my eyebrows waxed. Since they claim to be a day spa as well, I figured this was a good place to go. They sent someone in my room who apparently had no idea what she was doing and had NO training in waxing. My eyebrows look TERRIBLE. They look absolutely nothing alike. They are so bad I can’t even get them fixed until some of my hair grows back. BEWARE.

Every time i come to this place, I have a bad experience. It’s like a hit or miss with this place. If you ask the technician if they know how to do a certain design or shape, they tell you yes but in reality, they’re just using you a test dummy. My nails never come out the way I want them or even reasonable at that. They’re never the same shape, they also put too many coats of polish on there. And sometimes they just do a rushed job

Love this salon! My nail tech is wonderful and detail-oriented. She doesn't try to sell you more stuff, either. Very friendly.

I have been going to this nail salon on and off for over year and in June I went in and wanted to change from doing SNL to acrylic nails with gel Polish because every time that I would go in for SNL they seemed to file down more of my nail bed. At this visit I requested Helen because she is the one who has always worked with me. When I informed her that I would like to change to the gel nails she seemed to be irritated but went ahead and did a full set and they looked nice. I had to return for a fill at two weeks (I normally don't have to return for 3-4 weeks) because the new set was lifting up around some of the nails and when I showed that to Helen she started fussing and saying that I did not need to use those fingers, I use those fingers too much and that's why they were lifting up. I told her that I wanted a fill in, the nails trimmed down and rounded off instead of squared at the tips. She fussed again telling me that my nails were not strong enough and that I needed square tips which I think she was just saying because she didn't want to have to do a little bit more work for whatever reason. After she fussed at me about not using my fingers and making the edges lift up I ask if we could do a pretty soft pink color and she very abruptly started fussing again saying that the white tips would show through the pink which I told her would be fine. After fussing at me she spoke with some of her co-workers in their language and laughed. I know that they were talking about me and my sister who was also there right beside me getting a pedicure and fill in. She was rough for the remainder of the fill in and I told her that I had never been treated like that and I didn't appreciate the way that she was fussing at me and then talking to her coworkers and laughing and she informed me that they were laughing because one of her coworkers was complaining about having to pay too much for vacation which I know was a lie because the laughter and conversations came right after she was fussing at me. I told her to just finish my nails and to please not say another word and that I would never be back and she wouldn't have to deal with me again. She finished my nails, they are too thick and have never been as wide and they were not rounded. I will definitely never return to this nail salon and hope everyone will read this lengthy review and be warned before deciding to visit this salon.

2nd time here. 1st time I left because of the crowd. I was impressed by the cleanliness so I decided to return at a less busy time. I was seated for a pedicure with no water ran. I asked a nail tech if someone would come run water she waved me off with a yeah... 15 mins pass and the guy who seated me returns to ask what I needed.... another 10 mins later I just left. No one seemed to notice. It was early on an Saturday no reason for such lack of customer service.
