I made an appointment at this place,and showed up on time. Only two techs working & appeared that neither one would be finished any time soon. So, I waited ten minutes past my appointment time & asked how much longer it would be. I was told another ten minutes. I didn’t have time to wait,the very reason I made an appointment in the first place! I left. If you aren’t in a hurry, that’s okay,but it apparently doesn’t make any difference whether you have an appointment or not. Will NOT return!

The guy there was very nice and welcoming and offered me a water but the lady who did my nails was horrible first she came in and just sat there on FaceTime with someone and then the guy told her to take me because I had an appointment so she did while she was doing my nails she was on FaceTime the whole time and she was also speaking in a different language even though she could speak English (which I thought was kinda rude because she could have been talking about me) then while she was filing my nails down she was very rough and cut me multiple times (also mind you that she reuses her nail files so there could easily be bacteria) she did not push my cuticles back or cut them then when she was glueing the nails down she got glue everywhere and did not take it off of me the acrylic coating was very lumpy and not even then she told my mom that I needed to get the gel polish because normal polish did not stay on the nails (mind you my mom went to beauty school and had her beauticians license when she was younger so she knew that was not true) and then my nails weren’t even on for 3 days before both of my pointer finger nails fell off I would not recommend this place to anybody there are other salons that cost the same price with better service it was not worth my money the lady should not be working there and should not have been on FaceTime the whole time (my nails probably would have looked a whole lot better if she actually paid attention to what she was doing) i am not happy about her service

I have had four different people work on my nails there. I loved it every time.

I've been there a few times and have not been disappointed.
