I dont know if its a new policy I would always come here to get a pedicure I had asked how much do they charge to remove just the acrylic on my toes she said$20 so then I told her well I might as well just get a pedicure so I told her I wanted the regular pedicure with just gel and she told me I was still going to be charged to remove the acrylic I told her I had acrylic on my toes before and I would always come back a month later to get another pedicure and I wouldn't get charged to remove the acrylic because I was already paying for the service(pedicure) I told her it doesn't make sense because if Iam paying for a pedicure they would have to remove the old acrylic on my toes regardless in order to put the gel on my toes it should be free since iam paying for a new pedicure if they were just removing the acrylic on my toes without the pedicure (service) I would understand why they would charge $20 but since I decided I wanted to get a new pedicure with gel she still wanted to charge me for the removal it's usually free to remove the acrylic on your toes when your already paying for a freakin new pedicure very bad customer service she seemed irritated too

I’d give Zero stars if i could. The service was HORRIBLE. The nails were crooked, they cut more near the cuticle, we were helped by a lady and then we got moved to a guy.. first time and im really disappointed

Will not be going there anymore. It was very hard to understand what the man was saying and he did not do what I requested even after showing him a picture. My nails looked so bad and only last less than 2 weeks. The whole time he was doing my nails he was talking to the rest of the employees, laughing and stopping mid service. I got to the salon at 11:20am and went home at 2:10. They were short staffed and super busy. The light peach color nails is what I requested and the other picture is what he did. Go somewhere else 🤦🏻♀️

Great service. They pay great attention to detail . They always make me welcome and important. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxing.

Honestly it’s the cheapest nails in Dinuba they ain’t that bad but they do not know how to shape them every time I go I have to go somewhere else so they can shape me and make them glossy
