Very bad experience on yesterday went for shellac the young lady attitude is very rude. She tried to use a dirty utensil on nails and I told her about she gets mad because I want let her use it on my nails. I normally wait on the owner but she wasnt there.

HORRIBLE! I went in on a Monday to get my nails done, (manicure & Dip Powder) the manicure consisted of her putting my nails in rm temp. water & rubbed my hands with some stinky oil! I wasn't very pleased after the dip, needless to say I came back Wednesday after several nails cracked & they were coming up around the cuticles! Today is Monday (1wk later) I've had one nail completely done over (Saturday) & 2 more that are chipped & coming up around the cuticles again! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER REFER!
