Worse than amateur. While the technician was pleasant, she did try to convince me that the thick nail polish she was applying to my nails was not thick and that her struggle to initially open the bottle was due to it being winter and winter freezers things.
Her application was rushed and sloppy. Soaking, cuticle cutting, filing, polishing and sitting under fan to aid in drying my nails took less than 15 minutes. Oh, and I had to ask her to clean under my nails. I wish they had more integrity. Very disappointing experience. I strongly urge you to visit any other salon.

The lady who did my nails was Soo nice when I walked in on a Tuesday and the service was nice. I did not get my cuticles properly trimmed though, it was with a drill which made it look untidy. However, I was willing to let it go. When I went home I noticed when I turned my fingers to the side the nail polish was missing from the corners and my pinky polish was lifting. I went back in to get it fixed on Thursday and this woman was sooo unpleasant. She rudely told me to go wash my hands as if I was disgusting, she started talking in her language as If im an issue and when I sat down to explain to her what I needed fixed she was not having it. Said she can only use the drill for my cuticles, and she will just put another coat on top but with a rude rude attitude. I'm not some freeloader who just complains about services. This was the first time in my life I ever went back because It was unacceptable and messy. Trust me I was dreading doing it. How do you treat a paying customer that even left a proper tip with that much attitude when you're the one that did an unprofessional job. I don't get it. The front desk was super sweet though. I'll give them that.

I went to this place for gel nais. I absolutely loved this place. This place had such a wide variety of colors and the nail technician Queenie was so courteous and patient. Absolutely loved her work . Most definetly recommend her station 8 that’s how i will remember her the next time i book her appointment :)

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this nail salon because I’ve seriously never LOVED my nails this much. My nail tech was so thorough and even tested out which shade of white I liked more for my chrome nails. Definitely will be coming back again with my family.

Today I really wanted to treat myself to enjoy a manicure the Manicurist barely spoke
I asked for the best Manicure you could possibly get. Instead of her pushing my cuticles back and cutting them she use a grinder to cut them and file them down no water was used during this manicure I felt rushed like I didn’t matter All I want it was a really nice spa manicure with the hand massage and all did not get that. It’s really upsetting because I work in the service beauty world and I would never want one of my clients to feel this way. So I will not be recommending any of my clients there and will not be returning
