I didn't get anything done here because as soon as I walked in one of the guys looked at his watch n said "oh no we don't have time for u" before even asking what I needed! 😡 (i was only there for an eyebrow wax n they still has at least 1 1/2 hrs before closing time!) I looked at him in shock I couldn't believe how rude he was! Then he asks "what you want?" I was so mad at this point I just walked out.. never been to a place where they were so rude!

I wanted the $30 acrylic nails, and the $35 pedicure. My manicurist would add something onto my nails and say "oh sorry dat five dollar". I got out with regular painted acrylic nails and just painted toes-- $80. Nowhere could I find a $50 nail job on their menu. They overcharged because they knew I was new.

Unprofessional, rude ,racist. Not to mention the fact that she lied directly to my face and said they were too busy and there was only one customer in there. They deserve less than a zero. Don't spend your money there.

I came in one Saturday and the environment was VERY unprofessional! An altercation between 2 male nail techs broke up that almost ended up in a fight while getting a pedicure. Another altercation with an unsatisfied customer ended with mall security to diffuse it. AFTER a very uncomfortable experience with my children there my nail breaks 2 days later. I still went back to get it fixed and rudely explained to me they couldn’t fix it!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
