Every one of my nails are a different length. They did not do under so I now have clumps under them and I paid $40 for a fill while my daughter paid $45 for a new set with gel. They cut my other daughter and just glued it without as much as a sorry. Very poor customer service and they really didn't seem to care at all. Very disappointed with such a beautiful place.

I went in for the first time to get a fill for pink and white acrylics. My first impression of the shop was that is appears very well organized and clean. I will say there are more professional ways of greeting clients. The woman who did my fill was very pleasant and did a good job. She did the fill and rounded my nails from the square shape I had. I prefer the buff finish to the gel finish, but she did not put enough cream for the buff finish so it looks a little off at close look. I would probably continue to go here unless they really had messed something up.
