The only reason this is getting a star at all is because it will not post without it. I came in for an eyebrow and upper lip wax. I've been getting this treatment done for 10+ years now and know that the area will be red for a little while afterwards. It should not however be burning. I had to put ice on the areas immediately when I got home. This was done 4 days ago and my skin has still not recovered. It is peeling and still very red. I would not recommend getting this service done at this salon. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a waxing treatment.
I went in to show her what she did to my face and she laughed it off. Saying that the wax must have been too hot..well duh. I walked out; shocked that this was coming from the owner of the salon.

Went for the first time for a mani/pedi. While the nail technician did a good job, I question the cleanliness of this salon. When I was brought over to the pedicure chair I wondered if it was the same chair another woman had just gotten done at. I thought I might have been mistaken but afterwards when I was getting my manicure I noticed another woman being brought to the same chair. They do not have the removable bags for inside the foot bath. I did not witness any cleaning of it after using it with 3 clients back to back! Also, while having my manicure done the towel that was on the table looked filthy and had nail clippings on it... and I did not have my nails cut at all. Yuck. The nail technicians hands looked pretty dirty as well. I would not recommend this salon due to what seemed like a severe lack of sanitation.

Awful. They cut me on two of my fingers, and my nails look awful. Do not recommend at all. They are rude and do what they want, awful customer service.

I went here on a Saturday a few months back because my previous salon (Ly Ly) closes earlier. I'm glad I checked Royal Nails out! I just got back from my second visit with them and they do exceptional work. The facilities just seem much cleaner and the technicians were friendly and pleasant. This is where I'll go from here on out. I didn't have to wait at either visit and I liked their massage chairs better. Worth checking out!
