The nail tech I had was amazing (Jade). I received the most relaxing and thorough pedicure I’ve had in years. My friend on the other hand, didn’t get the same treatment from another tech during the same visit. Perhaps a training of the staff to work the same way would be of good use. I’ll definitely return but only for the tech I had.

I visited this establishment with my sister yesterday to get my nails done for engagement pictures I have this weekend. My sister got started 5 minutes before me and I still finished 15 minutes before her and we got the same exact thing. My nail tech was talking on the phone the entire time, made EVERY SINGLE one of my cuticles bleed, did not allow me to wash my hands after the dust from applying the acrylics was on my nail. She painted directly over the dust/blood on the nails. The under side of the nails had chunks of polish under them making them look very gross, there was gel polis all over my fingers and the sides of the nails are not even thoroughly painted. When she was done she asked me to go wash my hands and when I got back she was already started with a new client. I asked her if we could fix them to make them look better and she told me it would come off when I wash my hands. I also asked another tech if he could help get them cleaned up and he handed me a nail file. I do not like to cause a scene so I paid $55 for my nails and a $5 tip, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. If I am paying that much for service I feel like I should walk out happy and not with a file to fix their mistakes.

I absolutely loved my experience! I think the man's name was Chen and he was an amazing conversationalist! He also took his time to perfect my nails

My new go-to nail salon. I'll drive 40 minutes just to get their pedi's. Excellent customer service

Good job on nails, newly remodeled. Very nice salon & atmosphere.
