I had a great experience with Ann!!! I came in with a bit of a mess on my nails and she went above and beyond to remove the old acrylic, take great care of the natural nail & not compromise my nail health and did a beautiful full set of dip powder! She took her time, had great precision & care when it came to my nails and they came out flawless! Would absolutely return!

My first time ever having my nails done. Its won't be my last! So nice, walked me through my options because I had no clue. My nails will look great for my daughters wedding now.

My husband took me and are daughters to get regular manicure. An appointment was set before hand. First they was 15 minutes pass are appointment time, the manicure where done horrible, its was fast and the tech left nail polish all on the edges of both there nails.and what really top it off is we where charged 90 dollars for 2 kids and one adult. It was are first visit, and the experience was horrible. Sue nails charge a total of 15.00 and that includes shellac polish. Never again.

I'm never disappointed. Everyone working there is talented and professional and I feel really comfortable with them, which is huge for someone with social anxiety. Love dip and the amount of pedicures available. I usually get my eyebrows touched up when I go in too.
I definitely recommend!

I used to go to a place in South Haven. My daughter lives in Grand Rapids and has had her nails done here so I thought I would try it. I had Sandy, and now Taylor and I come together. It is an hour drive for me, but well worth it. They are all very nice and personable.
