This nail salon is awesome. Not only was it super easy to make an appointment over the phone they were super nice in person. Andrea did my full set gel acrylics and they turned out perfect!!! She is truly the best person to have ever put on a set of acrylics for me. I will defiantly be coming back!!

Just got the most perfect gel nails did today! He was very meticulous and patient. This is my 2nd visit and this is my new go to and conveniently in my neighborhood! Highly recommend this nail salon!

The worst salon experience of my life. I wish this was all an exaggeration of events but seriously stay away. Along with their embarrassing jacked up prices (75$ for a basic gel pedi) the service is an abomination. This business honestly should be reinspected. I was physically grabbed and held in a chair while I was waiting for my nails to dry, watching my sisters bag so she could get cash for them as their ATM was broken. only one other woman was in the salon and had headphones in and didn't notice what was going on until my sister came back and had to argue with the salon owner. They yelled at us, created a huge scene and acted as though my sister, who is a resident up the hill, would not pay them as she was literally taking money out of her wallet. This was yesterday. My nails are already chipping and my cuticles are bleeding, as I had asked them not to cut them and they did anyway after repeated requests not to. I also asked to skip the manicure after our terrible pedis, but they literally held me down as I verbally protested and did it. I didn't move because I didn't want to spill their supplies or hurt anything/one on accident. They made me pay 100$ for this experience, not including my sisters 75$ dollar pedicure that looks like a five year old did it. never go here.

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY. 75$ gel pedicure with cold water and tech didn't know what tools to use. This place will tell you whatever price they feel like charging based on whether you frequent their establishment or not. I was grabbed and held down by these women and forced to pay for a manicure that I asked to skip (only toes) As I was sitting waiting for my nails to dry and for my sister to return with cash from the wells fargo around the corner these women acted like it was a prison or something and physically held me down even though i was sitting, clearly not going anywhere. They yelled at my sister who has lived for years in this neighborhood, I guess worried she wouldn't pay which is ludicrous as she is more than able to pay some pathetic manicurist.I myself was tempted to call law enforcement as I was being handled (and physically hurt) while sitting and waiting.

if I could give 0 stars I would. **THEY HELD MY SISTER PHYSICALLY FROM STEPPING OUTSIDE** I live up the hill and have never stopped here despite passing it a million times. I needed an emergency polish change and pedicure, my sister was with me. We went in and the technician was unable to remove the regular nail polish from my nails, and HANDED ME THE NAIL POLISH REMOVE TO DO IT MYSELF. She was unable to work with gel nail polish on my toes and I had to instruct her on which tools to use (OMG!) The technicians repeatedly would not listen to our requests, and when I said we actually did not want the manicures, they proceeded to do one on my sister despite her protests and declaration that she would not pay for a service she didn't want. I went across the street to grab cash and a coffee as her toes dried and when I came back I found the nail ladies physically holding her down and laughing. They threatened to call the police? then offered me a 25$ coupon which i did not take. I paid for the terrible service and left shocked. We were treated terribly and I paid 60 dollars for a smudged gel pedicure (cold water, 15$ extra charge for callus removal). My sisters regular polish change and regular polish pedi cost over 100 dollars. NEVER GO HERE. Clearly they must have regulars or something because the service is in the garbage. Hopefully this establishment gets shut down soon, it is an eyesore to the neighborhood anyways.
