This is my first time coming here, and im not disappointed at all! They make you feel welcome, and provide you with drinks. My nails came out really cute and love them!!

Rossie (pronounced "Rosie") is amazing and very patient and meticulous with making sure she gets every piece of dead skin and she is thorough. She asks if you are happy and comfortable while she works. I will be back! I never return to ANY nail salon because I am never satisfied with the end result. I am FINALLY SATISFIED AND HAPPY and will BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER @ORCHID KATY nail salon! Thank you so much Rossie!😚❤️🌈

I have been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and I don’t normally have a bad experience until today. I just wanted to get my nails off and give my nails a break and I was charged $30 for this “manicure”. My middle finger was literally bleeding from how tough this job was done, I don’t consider myself cheap but this job doesn’t seem to be worth that much. If gentleness is a must for you this nail salon is not for you.

I go to Orchid's for both my nails and my facials and i will continue to come back every time. The staff always does a beautiful job on my nails and the facials are so relaxing. I use Andy for nails and he always does beautiful work. I use Tina for facials and she always plays attention to my skin for reactions and takes really good care of me. They always tell you what they are doing and why and give you lots of good information on how to take care of your skin and nails. They are super friendly and always remember who you are. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the pricing is really fair. 10/10 best place i have been to in a long time.

Andy was very courteous. I booked an appointment and he called when I was running late. He did an amazing job on my nails and actually closed 35 minutes after their closing. I’ll be coming back.
