I have been there and they do a great job on nails and pedicures. I stopped going because they were so slow. Then I saw the lady and she said come back and just call for an appointment. I called and she said I could come in 30 minutes. I came and when I arrived she had just started another customer and she did not great me. I set and waited and she took another person after knowing I was her appointment... I then approach her and let her know I was leaving and would never return. I tried to let her only read the following so it would not hurt her business. Then she kept saying stuff so I finally just told her the following. I am very disappointed as I had referred 11 people within the time I went there and the calls ahead for appointments started great and ended to where a appointment meant nothing they thought I would just wait and wait.
You know we discussed this before. You asked why I stopped coming I said you all do a good job but it takes for ever.
You told me to call and I do and you tell me you are working on one appointment. I tell you I will be there in 30 minutes and I arrive.
I arrive and your starting a new set this is why I left last time. And no pedicure available although I communicated I wanted both.
You are wasting my time and I’m wasting yours. I try to do what you asked but it still does not seem to work. You could have called me back you had my number and said I can’t get to you that would have been appreciated.
My suggestion is write customer name down and if they are 5 minutes late then start the next.
It is bad business to have a long time customer that calls and even waits. Then shows up and waits over an hour. I’m still waiting at 4:35 pm... then when you finish you start another customer knowing I had a appointment...

They always do a fantastic job!! My nails usually lift but I can always count on it to last 3 weeks without any lifting at all. Place is always clean and everyone is nice.

Horrible Quality and Horrible Customer Service! I decided to try holly nails being that my normal nail stylist was out of work till Wednesday and I needed my nails done for a important business meeting the fallowing day, I quickly regretted making that decision. I had asked for my fake nails to be taken off so I’d be left with my real nail that was very long underneath the fake Nails. I asked that a single thin layer of acrylic could be placed on my real nail just to give them some stability and not break as I knew they would be very thin. I also asked for them to give me a natural shape and showed a picture. I got white nails with a single gold nail. They ended up putting a tun of acrylic making my nails very thick and defeating the purpose of me having my real nail left. They shaped them an uneven square shape and filed my real nail down low even though I stressed that I wanted to keep the length of my nail. The aftermath of my nails just looked so horrible like short fat stubby nails. The lady blamed that it was my fault cause that was just the way my nails are although I knew it wasn’t because I get my nails down like this all the time and have never had a problem with the way they made them look today. I then asked if we could change the white nails and just make them all gold then because the single gold nail looked less bad then the white ones that just stood out and u could easily tell how badly they were done. The lady told me that she can not change them and that it’s too late. I just kept quiet for a bit cause I was just very upset and shocked by the bad service and bad quality I was receiving and it was very obvious they didn’t care and wasn’t going to do much to fix my nails. When I went to pay which was 45 dollars and I don’t understand how when it would cost me 25 to do the same thing at my normal salon in Alvarado but I asked if she was sure the color can’t be changed and she told me I would need to pay a extra 20 dollars to change the color and I told her I only wanted to change the color cause how bad they look and gold color hides it a little more, she shook her head and said I’m sorry you will need to pay for changing YOUR mind. So I said okay well can the price be lowered for the quality of the nails and she said no she can not and I need to pay the 45 that I owe. I told her that I couldn’t believe the way I was being treated and she told me sorry again and I told her that clearly she wasn’t sorry when she refused to fix anything to satisfy a unhappy customer and I told her that it was just horrible practice for a business. I paid and left crying. With that said I want to point out that I NEVER complain about anything when it comes to businesses, I’m not good at it and I just don’t like it. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written in my life, the only other review I’ve ever wrote other than this was for a company who just had outstanding workers and I couldn’t let their hard work go unnoticed. I say this because I don’t want people to think that I’m just one of those people who Just can’t be satisfied. I genuinely don’t want people to go here and receive the survice that I did today. And just to add, two lady’s worked on my nails at the same time which is fine, Time is money right? But instead of working on the hand that was closer to then they had me cross my arms and it made my shoulder and back hurt, it made absolutely no sense why they decided to do it that way.

After going to another fancier nail shop in Burleson that costs more and the nails only lasting 3 days before they started falling apart, I won't go anywhere else. I have used them for the last 6 months and they stay looking good for over 2 weeks. It's not worth the free drinks to have to get my nails redone after just one week.
