I used to really love Peridot. I’ve been going there for 2 years now. About a year ago, I started working directly with “Susan”. At first she was great and very personable. However, she still doesn’t know my name, preference and doesn’t even really speak anymore. My nails have been thick and uneven for the last few visits, she’s burned my nails and yesterday was the worst experience I’ve ever had there. She knew I was unhappy and yet I still paid full price AND tipped, and said nothing.
I always highly tip because I know all the ladies work pretty hard there but the service is declining dramatically. I’m never picky and I even often let the ladies choose my nail color, or design. Unfortunately, I’m going to find a new nail place. My nails are my only spoil me thing I do for myself, and when I can’t even find happiness there it is no longer worth going there for me.

I would recommend lou for those who are new to getting their nails done. She's extremely patient and kind. She'll give you the design you want and would pause in between to see if you're satisfied or not. I appreciate that greatly because I'm real particular with how I want my nails to be. I would probably be scheduling with her for future appointments. Thanks lou!

This was only my second time there but won't go back. When have you ever gotten your legs massaged with the scrub instead of the lotion? Not very comfortable. I could have done my own pedicure with what the girl did...filed my nails, pushed back the cuticles, massage and polish. No attention to corns or corners of nails that were sharp although I asked her twice to please trim them. Did as little as possible. Left some nails without complete polish, left residual polish around nails...why did I even go in???

I went in on a Sunday to get my nails done, and the lady who did them did them terribly. She glued on my tips wrong to begin with, they all had an upward slant, and she filed them and shaped them extremely unevenly.
I first gave one star, but I called the next day and worked up the courage to ask someone to redo them and they did. Today I walked out very happy with my nails and believe it was just the person who did them sunday, and I'm not here to tear down their business.
All I can say is there isn't consistency, and it will totally depend on who you get.

Pedi was nice and cheap. The atmosphere was not relaxing. Good attention to detail on toes but I didn't wanna stay for a design
