I have come to this place 3 times. Each time they have cut skin and it bleeds. I didn't say anything. However this time I will be calling and asking for a refund. I told the gentleman who was doing my pedicure to "please do not cut them extremely short" my nails hurt when they do it. This time the gentleman cut my toe nails to short that caused my nail to bleed for over 20 minutes. Then since it was a deep cut it got infected. I had to see my Dr to be put on antibiotics. I will not be going back next time. They need to credit my card back for the full amount.

I went with my mom and sister to get our nails done for a wedding and was so disappointed. The man doing my nails was rude and when I asked a question it was as if I insulted him. He filed my nails inconsistently (in different shapes and at different angles), left parts of my cuticles, painted on the skin and not at all close to the cuticle (looks like I already have outgrowth), and then instead of using an instrument tried scraping the gel nail polish touching my skin off with his long gross thumb nails. The gel is thick in some areas and thin in others, as well as has a lot of bubbles. my sister's acrylic nails chipped in half after on day (of normal wear). When I went to pay I used my credit card and was not given the option to tip on the card, so I had to make a completely separate transaction for that. Truly disappointing, will not be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I’m a licensed cosmetologist and the amount of unsanitary things in this salon is appalling. One of their nail techs was sitting in a pedicure station with his feet in the pedicure bowl without shoes on the entire time I was here. That is so unprofessional and unsanitary. Their towels had stuff on them and the nail files and buffers had been used on other people and not sanitized at all. I could see no sign of anyone’s nail tech/ cosmetology licenses posted anywhere in their salon. All my nails are crooked and I had to have him fix some but they are still crooked. He didn’t even take the polish off the sides of my fingers afterwards. No thank you or goodbye when I left. Avoid this place!!!

This place is my favorite nail salon in the area. The staffs are professional and friendly, the receptionist is really nice and always picks the suitable color for my girlfriend. I highly recommend this place!
