Very pleased with Nail Art by Kim. They were friendly and professional. I agree with the previous reviewer that the salon needs to be updated however, overall great experience. I will definitely go back to have my nails done.

This place was super expensive. I feel like if you're going to charge so much, you should provide more than the basic services you can get anywhere else. The ambience was same as any regular strip mall nail salon. It was $40 for a refill, extra to do anything that my regular place does as part of the service like fixing cracked acrylic or shape my nail. Other places charge $25 for refills. My total at this place came to $56. I declined to get a pedicure after I found out it costs $47 for a basic pedi. My nails after my manicure were nice and the techs looked like they worked fast but overall, not good value for money. You can get the same for way cheaper.

This used to be an excellent nail salon. However, they now have extremely poor customer relations ( especially the sisters of the owner Kelly). They are extremely rude and disrespectful to their clients even the ones who have been going to the shop since Kelly opened. Kelly understands what it means to have good customer relations and how this is essential to a successful business, however, she is not there most of the time so her siblings handle the business. Unfortunately they are hurting her business. Additionally, the shop is not very clean compared to other shops in the area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP !!!

Had to change my review to 1 star. I have been coming here for years. I always get the same thing but lately I have been getting charged different prices. Recently I decided to get ombre nails. So far I've have to get 4 nails redone not counting the one that just broke. All of my nails look different even though I got the same thing on every nail. They made my nails super thin and when I came in to get it fixed (TWICE) I was given an attitude. Do not go to this location. If they have too many people waiting they will not do a good job on your nails. They will charge you a new price no matter how many times you get the same thing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have gone here for years but since I moved, it's sporadic. However it is my go to nail shop. I was a little offended when the older woman pulled out the cheese grater but she is my new fave nail technician. I do have callouses on the balls of my feet
