I have been going to this establishment for over 2 years and they have always been amazing. Very respectful and polite and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been to many shops in the area and they are the only shop that does not have issues with their products, do not ruin my nails and give advice on issues I have. My nails never "pop" off due to their workmanship it is a result of the industry I am in and when that occurs they always repair it for free. They always greet me by name when I come in which is amazing considering all the customers that come and go.... people always love to post negative comments but please believe me they are amazing and you will not be disappointed. Although you may have to wait if you do not call ahead as they are one of the best in the area hands down!!

Dee is the best at pedicures. She takes her time, does amazing massages and always goes the extra mile! She is the only person even if I had to wait a month to get in that I will ever go to! Ask for Dee next time you stop in - you will not be disappointed.

Horrible.
Got them done Saturday June 30 it is now Thursday July 5.
My nails were cut ridiculously short to the point it hurt. I had to tell them 3 times I wanted a new gel set and stop her from painting my nails before she listened. The lady that actually did the set was rushing the whole time, glued the false tips to my skin after cutting the nail down to nothing. Applied the gel so that it looked like there was already a week of growth. She listened well to the way I wanting the polish, but it is uneven and warped. The nails are crooked and shorter than what I asked for. I noticed visible chipping the following day when I had only gone out to eat, see a movie, and sleep after getting them done; nothing that would cause that damage. Tuesday morning one nail popped off without any pain or even noticeable feeling which tells me it wasn't done properly, this morning another popped off and I wasn't even aware until I saw that it was gone. I am absolutely livid with the horrible quality of work done as well as the way they spoke to me and my boyfriend. First and last time I will ever go to this business, they tried to pry into my relationship and attempted to boss us around and force us into talking about things that were none of their business.
I wish I could post pictures to show the horrid state of my nails.
So adding this in here, by the end of the day Thursday, by about 6pm actually all of the nails had come off.

It's been better. I asked for a "ultimate pedi" and I feel like I got a regular one. Hardly got my feet soaked and the girl didn't take all the calluses off like I asked, she cut one of my toe nails to short and now it hurts.For the price I paid I think I might look for another place for the future.

I didnt even get to sit down before the rudeness began.. rushing my gf to pick a color and walked up to us with a look of disgust.. we left before sitting down...
