definitely the worst experience i’ve ever had in a nail salon! I’m honestly so disappointed! I saw their salon on tiktok so I thought I’d give it a try. never again! they charged me $80+ for something that was NOT what I asked for. I asked for a simple long french tip design (I even showed her a picture of how I wanted it) and she made them so short and crooked. they still overpriced it, even though it was extremely short, uneven and crooked (the nail lady cut my finger a little but i didn’t even brother to complain at that point anymore.)

I'm so disappointed in this place and will not return. I made an appointment online a few days prior for 11:30 am to get an acrylic fill. Once I got to the place I checked in and picked out the color I wanted to do. The lady at the front told me to take a seat while my nail lady (Julie) was finishing with another client. I thought it would be max about 5-10mins (which I was okay with). I didn't expect however to wait for 40 mins! It's so unprofessional. If you couldn't take me at 11:30 am then why was there an availability online for that time? I was tired of waiting an at that point was in a rush because I had something to do and I couldn't make in time since they made me wait for almost an hour so I had to leave. Please do better. I wasted my time and gas for no reason.

Very disappointed. Not what I expected at all. The technician was on the phone talking and texting the whole time. She Didn't pay attention to see what the client is asking her or what she wants.
Wouldn't recommend this place!!
