I liked it. The staff was pretty nice when I let them know it was my first time at a Chipotle. I liked the food and how it was served. But the tables hadn't been cleaned. And they they had Jazzy like music that (I think) didn't go with the concept.

The food are excellent. The employees work fast. It's a really good. But the restaurant has a smell of sewage for some time. There is no other odor in the other chipotles

Good taste. But very rude staff when picking up togo order. I walked in and was not greeted and when I told them I had an online order the cashier rudely rolled her eyes and pointed at the area for pick up. Attitude over aptitude. Kindness goes a long way in a customer service position.

I understand you have to-go orders. But you also have a large line and noone was assisting anyone. Instead of starting 5 more to-go bowls, maybe one of the three workers behind the assembly line could assist the walk ins. Thank you.

As of late, the standards at this location have plummeted. This is not a review against the food rather than the service. I order online from this restaurant at least once a week via the app. Because the app allows one to designate a specific pick-up time for your order, it’s easier that way than having to stand in line. In my last handful of visits to this restaurant, they have gone well beyond my pick-up time in preparing my orders. I understand if there are a couple isolated incidents of this when there is a rush but to have it happen consecutively is a huge problem. I order online at least 30-60mins in advance and yet they still don’t have my order at hand when I arrive. On one occasion, I was really in a rush and though it be easier to simply order in advance and pick it up when I get there. Obviously they didn’t have it ready so I said I’d return in an hour since I had an appointment to get to. I return exactly an hour later and they still didn’t have my order ready! Two full hours should have been sufficient enough time to prepare two bowls you’d assume right? If you intend on ordering from this location, just stand in line and wait cause ordering ahead is apparently just a waste of time🤦♂️.
