Terrible place if I could give this place 0 stars I would the girls here are extremely rude and don't care if you stand there 30minutes to wait for them to attend you they have absolutely no good customer service skills I have no idea how a nice place like this in a mall have such terrible workers. My mother and I walked in and asked if someone could attend us there was no others waiting and like 5 girls were available they looked at us and completely ignored us! We felt a bit ignored and offended but still sat down and waited to see if someone would come up to us... They were eating, gossip with each other, and on their cellphones we were in shocked to see them not pay attention to us whatsoever! I have no idea how the owner of this place could hire such unprofessional people they need better customer service skills and greet customers like most nail salons do. Losing a lot of money like this all these 1 stars and other unsatisfied costumers can't be wrong.

Now called Unique Nails. I had a pedi. My lady was so rough on my feet while cutting my nails, my big toes ache on how she cut the nails on each. Barely scrubbed or even a massage on the legs for the price. Not worth the price for the lack of service! Not going back or recommend!

My experience in this place was horrible. there were barely any people there. the lady gave me my seat and just walked away. in my head I thought she would be back with more supplies, no, she literally sat down and started eating her sandwich. I'm there making eye contact and everything so that she can start and nothing she just kept eatung. the made my cuticle bleed from how hard she was pushing them back and the price was to much just to do my hands. I had gotten acrylics and they came out slanted. it was a terrible day and a terrible place which made me more angry. don't go here. everything is bad and even the costumer service.
