I purchased an $80 gift certificate from this salon for my mother's birthday in October of 2017. I have called and visited the salon on multiple occasions to get a refund and have been treated poorly. I was told they would send me a check in December. This was a lie and I never received it. All I have received is false information and false promises. The new management/owners have been incredibly difficult to deal with and straight up shady. I can understand why the most talented stylists left. I just want my money back and no longer have to deal with the completely unprofessional attitude of this salon and its new owners. Its been a nightmare dealing with the new staff, avoid this place.
I hate to resort to posting a negative review like this and always fully support small local businesses, but its that bad!

You know how hard it is to find a good hair salon when you move. I’m already a fan of SRP. Margarita is a pro. She showed me hair swatches and I discovered for the first time in my life that my hair color is not what I thought it was! Wow. Talk about a different feeling of identity. I told them I wanted to buy a T-shirt because their logo is very well designed. Hopefully they will!

Best haircut I’ve gotten in a LONG time. I’m picky about my hair so it isn’t often that I’m absolutely satisfied with my haircut. This place is clean, prompt with appointment availability and the skill is second to none. I will definitely return! I recommend Scissors Rox Paper to anyone and everyone!

This was my first time coming to Scissors Rox Paper. My stylists name was Margarita. I cannot begin to tell you how awesome she is. I got highlights and all over color, plus a trim. She listened to what I wanted and she sure delivered!! Can't wait to go back and see her again!! Thank you Margarita!!

This is probably the first time i didn't go home hating a new style i wanted to try. I always get the usual comments of what would work with my curly hair and the stylists vetoing my ideas. With aly this was not the case. Instead she listened and understood what i wanted and gave me the exact look i was trying to achieve so thank you for that!
