This was my first time here as a customer. Customer service was good. I went in for a pedicure and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Even though I was early for my appointment they took me right away. I like how they ask if you want a male or female technician. I didn't mind either or even though my past experiences at other places have been men and they didn't do a good job at filing nails straight. I did the deluxe pedicure for $30 even though I didn't need the callous remover or sugar scrub. I only upgraded due to the customer service. They don't have a lot of colors as I expected especially if you like pink and other bright colors for their younger crowd. Well after I paid and came home I noticed my toe nails were not filed straight and the color was deceiving. In the salon it looked pink but outside lighting it's a peach color. I guess due to the lighting is not bright and they do have tinted windows. I have been to other salons who have brighter lights due to the tinted windows. Their prices are reasonable but I will just stick to my normal nail salon which is Palm Nails.. if I have to pay an extra $2 for my pedicure and get the same package which is $25 and get better results it's worth it. ( I only went here because Palm Nails was booked and tried Lovely Nails due to the reviews and btw my technician was a young man). I do love that they have their prices posted at the desk and you can take home their flyer that other places including Palm Nails don't have.Thank you.

It was a pleasure at lovely nails...Julie is awesome, but anyone there would be wonderful.. Clean and very friendly.

I've gone here for months and they have always been super nice and do an amazing job with my nails. I'm always satisfied with my experience and nails.
