Nails on Neil is super expensive and the quality of work and service does not match the price at all. I have gotten two gel pedicures here and both have chipped within 2 weeks, everywhere else I go for this service the gel lasts upwards of a month. The employees are disinterested and mean. I tipped what I thought was appropriate and then was stopped before I left and pressured by the woman who did my service into tipping more. I will be taking my business somewhere else and so should you no reason that a $75+ pedicure should be chipping and uneven. Honestly the employees should be embarrassed about the experience I have had not once but twice at this shop, I quite literally can not think of one positive thing to say.

This place is completely hit or miss. I've had great manicures with friendly staff members, then also been treated very rudely and had terrible services. I've been contemplating moving to a new salon, and last night was the nail in the coffin. The woman who did my nails was in too much of a hurry to let my gels properly soak off. She was ripping and tugging at my nails until I told her stop because she was hurting me. She snapped at me "I can't believe I've been doing this for 20 minutes already". She also kept insisting that my nails are 'fake' and she can't work with them. I have long natural nails with gel polish only. She also got upset when I told her that my previous gel manicure was from another salon. After going to this salon regularly for the last two years, I'm done.

I love my nails and feet! The nail tech I had was very precise and she made sure she got my cuticles. I love my nails! The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because she put alot of glue over my rhinestones, so they do not shine 😩

I've been here before and had good service. This last time I went for just a eyebrow wax and they skipped my name on the list. Don't bother unless ur getting nails..won't go back

I felt like the woman tried to hustle me. I called and asked how much for a pedicure and manicure she said $60....ok but then charged $10 more for hot towels that I thought was with the pedicure. She didn't even inform it's extra. Then she looked at me like $5 tip was an insult. I even got my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed that was $32. So my nails ended up being $45, pedicure $40 and face she said she charged $30....yet charged my card $139.75..... So the way I see it is I request a simple pedicure with the callus removal $5 extra so total is $35, my wax $30 and my nails $45 equals $110....so $29.00 extra dollars is for what...?? SMH Next time, if you can't speak or understand English then I will need to find another place.
