Made an appointment to come in 2 hours before work and also advised what time I needed to be finished. Tech literally STOPPED doing my nails over 10 times to answer the phone to take appointments while the owner KIM ignored the phone and continued doing her clients nails, NEVER once stopping to answer the phone and its HER salon!!!! Tech then got up and walked away from the table for nearly 10 minutes, came back no apology no nothing. Needless to say I'll be finding a more PROFESSIONAL nail salon.

Got a pedicure & still had alot of rough dry skin left on my feet so I exfoliated it my self when I got home. This was my first visit to Kims & my last.
