Fabulous! I don't know why there aren't more ratings of this place. Wonderful massage chairs, friendly staff, great color selection, and more. I opted for the fancier/slightly more costly spa pedicure and manicure which is worth every penny. Came out relaxed with some great massages and perfect looking nails.

Love everything about this salon. Ambiance and staff are amazing. Best nail salon in Marina Del Rey!

Nina is amazing. Her manicure pedicure skills are excellent. And her massage skills are the best. In the Playa Vista/Marina Del Rey neighborhood, Olivia Nails is the only place I will go to.

I would give this place zero stars if i could but in order to do the review you need to give it a star.
This place was the absolute worst. I never experienced such humiliation and it's sad that my 9year old daughter had to experience the harassment this places owner and nail tech put me through.
First off, the color selection is poor but i can deal with that also it's a bit over priced, i could also deal with that if the experience was worth it but unfortunately it was NOT...
Apparently the day i was there the owner was there and she came over to me as i was getting my nails done and tried to talk me out of getting the service i asked for?!? I also mentioned to the nail tech that i felt it was over priced when i asked her how much it was. (She didn't do a great job on my nails either) Once the nail tech finished she brought me the receipt and made a mistake on the total for my services, it was $5 dollars less then what she was suppose to charge me and I didn't notice this so i signed off on it then went over and sat where you go to dry off your nails.
As i sat with my daughter in that area where you dry your nails i see the lady who assisted me give my receipt to the owner who was at the cash register. The owner got very upset and aggressively threw the small clip board with my charged credit receipt across the room. She angrily said some things in Vietnamese I assume. At this point some people noticed and started staring at her. She sat at the register for about minute or so then got up picked up the clip board and called the nail tech over they exchanged some words and the lady who did my nails came to me and said i had to make a correction on the receipt because she made a mistake and charged me less so i changed it by making the tip amount smaller to make it what they said it was.
The nail tech then told the owner somthing in their language so the owner came over to me pointed at the total section on the receipt and said somthing about it and I couldn't understand what she was talking about then both the nail tech and owner kept pointing at the total aggressively and saying the same thing over and over again they both got loud and they were also inches away from me, at this point all eyes where on us because they were making a big fuss and practically yelling at me. It was so BAD... I just had to get up and leave at that point. I told the owner i couldn't understand what they were trying to tell me that i was sorry but i would never come back that i felt attacked and that was unacceptable.
I never in my years of getting nail services experienced such a thing. It was just unbelievable.
