Great selection and the employees are always really friendly when I've shopped there. They are helpful without being irritatingly attentive. HOWEVER a lot of things do not have prices listed. When you check out there is no way to see what you are being charged!! I have been shocked by my total on more than one occasion. My last visit, I reviewed my receipt after my transaction was complete and could not decode what items cost . The only thing that was clear on the receipt was :NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I really think any establishment that has this policy should be transparent about what they are charging. I really don't think I'll shop here again because I'd rather not have to have the employees look up items to tell me the price before ringing me up, it's inefficient and irritating to them I'm sure. To the owners: LIST THE PRICES OF YOUR MERCHANDISE! Or at least allow your customers to see what they are being charged when they check out!!!!

The owners are so tight with their money they won't even let the people that work there have air conditioning it would be nice if people could try on the wigs they would probably get more sales that way all sales final that's a crock so with that being said I will have my wife look for a different wig store where the owners aren't so tight

Great beauty supply store. This place is clean and uncrowded. Deals cannot be beat.
Natural looking wigs, weaves and braids. Brand name.products available for a fraction of the price of big-box stores.
You can find toner and developer, brands like L'Oreal and Clairol, as well as super low priced store brand for the same stuff.
I picked up a few things to get my hair done for the 4th of July. Yes, you can buy red, white and blue hair and accessories here.

I came in at 6:50 and as I walked in the rep told me that they were closing in 5 minutes even though they’re listed as being open until 7. When I was in there they announced over the loud speaker AGAIN that they were closing in 5 minutes. At 6:54 they played Dora the explorer theme music over the loud speaker(not sure why) but apparently it was funny to them. I’ll make sure I spend my money elsewhere in the future. In the meantime, I hope the representatives are coached on how to treat their customers. 🤷🏾♀️
