Haven't been here in awhile , was in the area and needed a pedicure. Not how it use to be . They are yelling and rough with you. They had me soak my feet in cold water for 20min. Tired and bored the women doing my pedicure told me i had to hold my leg up so she can scrub the bottom of my feet. I told her there was a time when you were able to take nap during your pedicure. Its better to pay more for a service at a better place.

I made an appointment for 4:30, got there at 4:25. I signed in, had three people look at and not say a word. At 5:00 I asked how much longer she said 10 mins so I sat and waited, at 5:15 I walked out. No one bothered to speak to me or acknowledge my presence. It was my first time there and close to work so I thought I’d give them a shot. Not worth making an appointment. Everyone is rude and they seem to only care about their regulars, which if they did a good job I would have been one.
Don’t waste your time.

The nail technician was a little rough so I was a little tense the whole time BUT they came out PERFECT!!! Beautifully done!! 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I do not write negative reviews so I apologize for this but I believe it was necessary. I went there for the first time. I called and I was able to get appointment same day. I appreciated that because it was urgent. I did have to wait about 40 mins and I did not mind that since I called same day. The owner was very friendly and seemed caring. She took the customers' concerns very seriously. I asked one lady where the colors were and she just pointed randomly without caring if I found it. The owner then appropriately guided me. The lady that did my nails was not friendly and careless. She kept leaving in between without even saying anything. She was the only one wearing gloves and when she kept leaving she was touching everything else and using same gloves on my hands. The nail polishes were all very dirty. I did not like the way how my nails came out either. If she at least tried to be nice then I would not have cared. She kept talking on the phone. Overall, I found her behavior to be rude. It was a bad experience. I am huge on customer service and everyone should be treated nicely. I hope in the future they treat every customer nicely and not discriminate among customers.

Went there once and had an ok experience. My nails were mediocre, got a plain color and the shaping was OKAY ,but the staff was nice.
Second visit and I want a design because I’m going on vacation. The same nail tech I had the first time is now giving me a terrible attitude. I didn’t like Ahow she did my nails when I showed her what I wanted. She threw my hand down, got loud with me and was speaking in her language about me to the woman next to her. Both clients on either side of me were shocked. She was so rude and I just wanted to leave, I had her remove the polish and just put on clear. I cancelled my pedicure and went on my way.
I will never suggest to anyone or go back.
