I have been here a few times and the last visit was not well. I got fungus under my nail. I have never experienced that in my life. I told the tech and he said it's nothing and my nail will grow out. He finished my nails but they were not the shape I wanted and the fungus was never acknowledged. I decided to go back today to see,if I can have my nails done the way I want. The nail tech was nice and acknowledged the fungus and said something to the tech,that did my nails before. However the tech made me bleed on 3 fingers . I am unsure if I will return. I love the area and everyone is friendly, BUT I have had another bad experience.

I have come here a few times. Overall good service aside from someone always trying to sell me on things I’m not interested in. Today was the last time I will be going back. I called two days ago to make an appointment with Kevin and he wasn’t there when I showed up for my appointment time. Not that he was “running late” or anything. He just wasn’t there. This is completely unacceptable. I had plans and a reason that I made an appointment for this afternoon. Yes, there were other people there to help me, but that’s not the point. I specifically asked for him because I didn’t have a good experience with the person that did my nails the last time.

I have been here a handful of times and the experience is always amazing. It’s an extremely clean salon with a very kind and professional staff. 10000% would recommend to anyone.

I have been here quite a few times, and unfortunately each time I am left disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly, and the location is very clean and kept up, but the quality just isn’t there. I just got my nails done on Tuesday (gel manicure) and it’s Thursday and every nail is chipped. I have not done any “hard labor” the last two days, so there is no reason my nails should already be chipped. As I mentioned, this is my 3-4x there and each time the quality has gotten a bit worse. The pedicures (regular polish) are always very nice and high quality, but my gel is always sub par - not enough layers and chipping very quickly. I personally would not recommend.

I made an appointment for Friday, October 29, 2021@11:00am. I get to CEO nails The lady (I think who's name is Kevin). She said the male name Kevin was in the hospital. They alleged they called me @ 6:00pm the evening before. I have ZERO message from them. She points to the calendar with my phone number and says can I come 10/30/2021. At first I say, no. Then, I asked when on 10-30-2021. Then, she says 11-01-2021. So, I'm trying to figure out how I was the only phone number on the calendar, when he has many clients. I have an event. Now, I have to try to go somewhere else. You would think if you didn't hear from the client, you would call back the morning of. Instead, you rather let me waste my gas & time. They need to be more PROFESSIONAL and Considered of their clients.
