Love the mani pedi special Tues - Thurs. However, when staffing is not sufficient it tends to be a wait. But overall friendly people.

Very poor service I went there for a full set coffin nails and they all broke off in one day and I paid 40$ for this horrible experience!

Yesterday I visited inail in the hopes of getting my nails done. I'm in a wheelchair so it's quite hard to get over bumps and being lifted over them. I was halfway in the door at inail until the nail technician asked my friend what she wanted and my friend said she's not getting nails and I started saying what I'd like, the nail tech went on to say she's very busy she has too many appointments she acted as if things were hectic! But a few seconds ago she was going to eagerly take my friend who is not in a wheelchair. I'm not the type to pity myself but come on. So unprofessional! Forgot to mention the shop was empty it was a ghost town.

Service was good and quick. She did a nice job. Wasn't crowded (went on a Saturday morning).
