Been here for about a year. My nails are never fully coffin, they finish looking crooked and uneven. the application of the nail is not the right way, at all.My nails aren’t full matte its like a place in between matte and glossy. Nail polish is lumpy. Tried to give them a chance since my usual is closed for renovations but i hate me nails.What i wanted vs what i got. Not to mention those are after i went home and had to file them to look somewhat like coffin

Poor customer service. Techs are painful and not thorough. I asked for soak off and tech proceeded to take off anyway. Literally began to rip the gel from my nail bed. I had to ask him more than once for just a soak off. He cared more about his time. The techs are unprofessional and snippy. You're cut down very rudely if you question any work. Suggest any correction or simply vocalize a dislike in something such as a crooked nail. Thru disrespect I've encountered on more than one occasion was enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

My first visit and first time getting a no chip manicure. I love it !! The staff are really nice

Ok. But wouldn't recommend the nail techs. Pedicures are better.
