I was pleasantly surprised by how hard Trish worked on my nails. Most salons rush through and never get all the way to the cuticle (or even touch the cuticles). Trish made sure she did, and now I won’t need my nails done for awhile. She did a fantastic job! The salon itself is a little outdated and I waited for close to an hour, but my nails haven’t looked this great in a long time. I plan on returning.

Tony very nice and all them very kind. I’m following them almost 4 years. I never saw they rude. And never see a dog there. I and my family, my friends too. We love coming to them.

Love this place! Been going here for about two years. Tony is wonderful, and I let pretty much all of them do my nails. I only have good things to say about them all.

Waited over 2hours still no service. We eventually left. A simple come back tomorrow would have been better than saying we are almost done a thousand times. Stupid for me continuing to sit there but I wasn't thinking

The service was poor, the gentleman who spoke with me was very rude.
I went into this establishment as i was hoping to find a place I could frequent as I have recently begun to do my nails. When I entered I asked about “dip nails”. The gentleman told a customer next to me that he does not do “dip” for his “regulars” as he handed me the book of colors. He then proceeded to tell her how gross it is. Open to suggestion and learning more I asked him about it and proceeded to tell me how he thinks it is gross. I then told him that I never had nails last as long as the dip which is why I wanted to try them again, and he tried telling me that I was wrong as my nail was chipped. As I know that my nails have never lasted this long, and none of my nails were in fact chipped, he then kept repeating that my nails weren’t as good or strong. I finally got up and left the establishment. I would recommend Lily Nails next to Kroger in Avon if you are looking for non-judgemental staff and better customer service.
