First of all,my pedicure was amazing! but pricey!! I had been in the chair at least, 20 minutes,no one spome or greeted me. As soon as the White lady came in and sat down, she was greeted with A smile,and hello!! I felt uncomfortable, and I didn't feel welcomed!!

Sooo I wanted Ombrecoffin nails. The quality was very poor colors weren’t blended at all very splotchy. Also found a hair inside of my nail. Upon asking for a refund they said sure they would take the nails off and refund my money first she made sure to file the hair out so I couldn’t take a pic. Second she litterally clipped the tips of my nails and said let’s go. I was like well aren’t yu going to take the whole nail off she said no yu made me do all the work. So I’m walking around like this looking for someone to fix it. But now I must pay extra to have them removed and redone. Yes they refunded my money but I will hve to pay to have them taken off because they are solar. Do not go here no matter what.

When its 50 degrees outside and im trying to pamper myself it would be nice enough if you could turn on the DAM heater...my fingers and toes were numb the whole time.. I was going to get my toes painted but i sure wasnt taking my shoes off for that if you didnt have the heater on... A DAM SHAME....

I get dip and I know it takes 45-60 minutes to remove and get new dip applied, I called to see if I could be done by a certain time and was assured it would take 30 minutes which it did not. Also I had this done 5 days ago and they're already lifting because the technician went over my cuticle at the bottom of my nail. I tried them won't be back, they won't last 3-4 weeks and not worth $55.
