Clearly these people only want your money and don’t want to give you good service for what you’re paying. Last week I was in a little bit of time crunch and got there 15 minutes before closing time. I specifically told the lady that if the job was going to be rush to not worry that I would go somewhere else, she said not to worry. 3 days pass and two of my nails crack right in the middle because she didn’t take her time to make sure the acrylic was spread evenly throughout the whole nail. Waste of my time and money.🙄

Never been treated so poorly.
Im from Florida.. The owner tried to over charge me. Yet i already had reviews they’re price booklet.. when I asked her again regarding pricing she got loud and very rood.. was yelling at me in the middle of the shop.. then finally adjusted the price she tried to over charge me.. I asked her to split the bill and she charged everything on one card and said oh well to me.. honestly I didn’t get out of character because the massage ladies told me she’s very rood and always treats her customer poorly.. what a shame .. just make sure you look at the pricing book before paying for srvs and know if you have an issue there will not be good customer service provided

I agree with the comments on here. This woman / manager is so rude and loud and nasty!!! I went to get a gel pedicure today and one lady says that it’s $30 for gel. I said fine. That’s normal. I had two ppl work on me, one for nail polish the other for the pedicure portion. Not sure why, but I was instantly annoyed bc now I had to tip two people.
When I went to pay, I am surprised with $60!! When I asked the rude AF manager why it was so high, she was immediately defensive and nasty, claiming that $30 was to just apply gel polish and $20 for the spa portion of the pedicure, this was not made clear to me at all!!!! But here’s the kicker... she charged me $10 for removing my nail polish on my toes. $10 f-ing dollars to pick up an acetone soaked cotton ball, and remove my regular nail polish. I did not previously have gel. At that point I was so mad I just wanted to get the hell out of there and I couldn’t even stand looking at this woman’s nasty nasty face. I’ve never had an experience like this before.
Save yourself the uncomfortable hassle. This woman doesn’t care at all, only takes your money. She needs to calm down, you run a basic nail salon lady, you’re not actually changing the world for the better. Relax.

I've been to many nail salons, and this was definitely the worst place, and the only one I have ever written a negative review for. I would have given it zero stars, if that was an option.
I brought my two-year-old daughter there and the woman who filled up the tub for her pedicure (not the same woman who actually did her pedicure) used completely cold water. When the woman who did my daughter's pedicure took her feet out of the water so said her feet were ice cold. She asked the other woman why she filled up the tub with such cold water, especially because she's a little girl, and she said that I told her not to make the water hot. I never spoke to her about the water temperature, and I definitely wouldn't tell her to use ice cold water.
I attempted to tell the manager (who never smiles or greets customers when they walk in) what happened and she basically yelled at me and asked if I actually felt the temperature of the water. She basically implied that I was lying and that the water wasn't cold. Then the manager said there was no reason why the woman who purposely use cold water. She started yelling at me, even though I was very calm and never raised my voice. I told her that I couldn't believe that she was yelling at me, and that I though she would want to know what happened. I told her I would never come back, and she said, "Good. Goodbye." She pointed to the door.
I still can't believe the way I was treated. I would love to talk to the owner but I don't know who he/she is. Do not waste your time or money in this place.
