I used to love this place...pre-Covid. My favorite technician, Jenni, did not return so quality is back to questionable. I tried it post-Covid for shellac and a pedi and both were very disappointing. They also don't offer adult drinks anymore either but still charge the same price. I always thought it was worth the up charge because I'd get an apple martini but those days are gone. They also charge an additional $10 "Covid" fee that they don't tell you about on the phone unless you specifically ask. I'm not super upset about this because even before all of this the millennial receptionist "literally" never made me feel appreciated as a customer but I kept going back because of Jenni. Ladies, you know what I'm saying. I've found a new place that reasonably charges for a shellac and doesn't up charge.

I am very pleased with the work Tina does with my hands every month. It takes time but it’s worth it. And I am also very happy that she recommended a good cream for my cracked skin on my foot that has caused me so much pain for years. Finally I bought something that fixed it. Ryan did a very good job on my feet also last time.
During this pandemic I have felt safe there because it’s very clean, plastic walls between customers and not so many people at the same time.

I've been coming here for over three years. Love the quality of the work. My nails and toes consistently look great. I've never had any issues in the time between services, which is typically 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend Retreat Nail Spa.

Got a standard mani with no color, just buff, and a hot stone pedicure. Loved it! Prepared for Covid and so relaxing. Almost fell asleep a few times 😴

So I went in for a full set and pedicure and asked for an ombré with two nails a simple design. Let’s start off with how the owner who did my nails tried to spend over 10 minutes convincing me NOT to get ombré until the point I literally had to tell her “um I want a specific design for a special occasion.” She messed up and kept going over my nails, made them super thick and the lines are crooked THEN had the nerve to cut me. They also don’t use plastic bags in there pedicure sinks which is not sanitary. I should’ve known by coming in when I didn’t see no one in there. So many five star reviews on here are misleading. Then had the nerve to charge $100. NEVER AGAIN!
