Great mani-pedi. Very reasonably priced. Super clean salon. They also do hair, makeup, facials, and other spa treatments. Arabi location is convenient for both St. Bernard and lower Orleans Parish neighborhoods (Holy Cross, Ninth ward and Bywater).

First let me say, I’m a PAYING customer, and judging from the outer and inner appearance of this salon the owners/nail techs don’t have room to be picky on gender when it comes to their clients. I asked for a full-set of acrylics, as I’ve been having my nails done for 3+ years now, and was first told “we don’t do acrylic” followed by “I don’t do acrylic on man”. I’ve never, not ONE time in my 3+ years of salon experience been refused service based on what’s between my legs.
I’m breaking a gender norm and have been for years now, and during that time required a decent platform, which I plan to use to spread the word on this salon and its ancient methods of conducting business until they have no business. You lost a quality customer.

I stopped by without an appointment twice and was told I could not get a mani-pedi at that time, fine. The second time, I took a business card. I tried to call to make an appointment and neither phone number was working. I stopped by a third time, was again told that I could not be fit in. I asked if I could come in the following day and the lady said they will be closed- yet the card says they are open 7 days per week. She suggested that I try again to stop by some other time and didn't really respond to my comment about non-working phone numbers.
I try to give people chances, but it just seems like she really doesn't want customers. I would recommend trying somewhere else to avoid frustration.

This was THE BEST manicure I have ever had!! Tammy moves quickly but she is extremely precise and thorough. She didn't miss a thing. Even the hand and arm massage she gave me were to-die-for! My manicure lasted more than a week and we didn't even use gel polish. This will always be a stop on my schedule when I visit New Orleans.

I have to second that she comes off rude. Also never seems to be available ... Recommend just going somewhere else
