I'm giving as much as 3 stars for the nail tech who did my gel manicure nicely. She did a great job & was very nice. I would give a 1 star for my pedicure bcus the Spanish lady who did it was rough & gave me an attitude twice when I told her not to cut in the toe nail corner. I told tried to explain that it hurt & she got very defensive. I should of walked out right then. After paying & tipping my manicure lady she requested a tip for the other tech for pedicure & I told her she was rough & gave me an attitude, but still wanted to check. I loved the fast service n manicure, but will never go back bcus I was being told to tip someone for poor customer service. I tipped who I needed to tip.

I went to get a mani and pedi done on June 19, 2019. Early in the morning, I was the first customer there. The lady that did my nails name is Nancy. A short asian lady with glasses. I was told to choose a color. The first thing I noticed was that certain colors were priced at $ 2 more, which did not make any sense. Secondly, this woman Nancy asked me personal questions which she later tried to use against me. She asked me 1. If I was born in America and if i'm a citizen??!! 2. Then she ask’s me if i'm from around here? I say yes, not sure why she would need to know this information. She then proceeds to start my pedicure. 5 mins into the pedicure she tries to sell me other services. First she sells me the callus removal for $ 8 dollars to which I agree too. Then she tries to sell me a massage package I decline. I told here I would just stick to a mani and pedi with the callus remover. She say’s okay and continues with the regular pedicure. 2 mins later SHE decides to scrub and massage my legs! Which I just told her I did not want! It was her way of trying to get me to pay for an additional service that I did not asked for! . Moving forward we go on to start my pedicure. After cleaning up my nails. She ask me to pay before she proceed further. She give me the bill. I write in the exact amount of the services that I wanted . She charges my card, then comes back and tells me that I MUST put in a TIP amount! I tell her I’m only paying for the service. She starts to demand that I pay her a tip. I tell here once again that I’m only paying for the service. She then tells me that I am an American citizen born here and that I should know to give a tip!!!? She calls over another black customer to come explain to me why I should give her a tip! The other customer tells her while it would be nice to give a tip. It’s not required unless the person feels like you deserved a tip. She gets mad and goes to her co-workers to complain. All of this is happening before she even completes the full service that I already paid for. Her coworker comes to tell me to give her a tip. I tell them I’m not going give a tip and I need my nails to be completed! So Nancy takes the bill receipt and put it on the table in front of me and process to angrily polishes my nails all while making sly remarks in chinese to the next coworker who laughs. After she’s done. She ask’s me again If Im going to leave her a tip?! I say No. She tells me that the next time I come back No one will do my nails and that Im being unfair by not giving her a tip! First and for most. It this was a very disrespect and unprofessional experience! You cannot ask me personal questions about my citizenship and where i'm from! Try to sell me service that I don’t want and perform those service regardless of me declining them and then demand that I pay you a tip?! And then threaten me saying no one will do my nails if I come back. Like i'm ever going to come back after this?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL PLACE. They are disrespectful and its not worth the anyone’s time or money! You only get a tip if you perform great customer service and the customer wants to reward you with a tip! This woman Nancy was horrible!!!
