I would never return to this place of business. The nail tech was rude. She became upset because I asked her questions about my nails and told her how I wanted them. I had my headset in my ears so she didn’t think I heard her when she said “You talk too much” I asked her what did she say? She replied nothing. She tried to make me pay before she completed my services, which I have never had to do in the past because I visit frequently. I would never come here again.

This is the only place I have gotten my nails done✔️Lisa had my eyebrows and acrylic nails on point, I was so happy😍. Lisa is gone and now coco is under new management🤔 ok I will try them out because I felt lisa taught them what she knew, so I was optimistic. I’m happy Nancy (lisa niece) is still there, and the head guy(name unknown) he does a great job, but everyone else👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾🤦🏾♀️. This model man there has no idea what he’s doing.. the wait time is two hours and it’s sucks

Edit as of 5/10/18 i continued visiting this shop even after they continually lied to me saying the previous owners and staff would be back in two months. Needless to say two months later never came. The old crew never returned. I allowed the new staff to service me. When the customer base was down they treated me well. Now that there are a lot of customers again I don't even get acknowledged upon arrival. I stuck around at CoCo's and allowed them to mess my nails up on 3 different occasions but this is it, Disrespect is unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere.
Old post when I was very happy: Love the work that Tam Does! He is friendly and courteous. I'm am very pleased with service I receive . I have tried 3 other shops in the area and this one is the BEST!

I have never been so upset with my nails until I went yesterday. I get the dip nails done. They seated my right away and had me soak my nails. After they finished up with someone else she finally came over to me. Things were going ok until the dip on 3 nails had to be redone. So out of the 3 she fixed 2 and then the last nail it took her 5 tries....which I did not like the last one but after being there for over 2 hours I was done. I told her to just finish so I could leave. But while fixing the last nail she told me the dipping powder she was using was not a good company!!!SO my question...........why the hell are you using it!!! I also told her I do not like them thick around the cuticles.....do you think she listened. NO they just do what the want.
Then to top if off the place looked like a mess.... The girl that did my nails was so unorganized it was horrible!!!! As I was walking out the man at the first spot told me next time we will try a better color. There will not be a next time. They just don't care!!! There are plenty of other places to go to in Crosby that I'm sure are better!! Piece out!!

Loved the customer service. Was undecided on color and she came to the rescue! Picked a color and was on my way. Didn't have to wait long! In and out
