First time going there nails are starting to fall off a day later called fixed one two days later another one is coming off.. never had this happen in all the years I’ve been getting my nails done an will never do it again

Worst place ever. Got a full set as the nail is finish filling I tell her the nail is crooked and she tells me no it's good. Do not go here you will be highly upset by the time you leave!!!!

The ANC nails that I got done the other night look sloppy! I got a colored french and there is no smile line, they just go straigh across. Not good. The tech also dragged the color through the pink part of the nail too. It was like he didn't know what he was doing. Plus the whole visit was over 2 hours for removal and new nails. I've never had it take that long before. If you want nice ANC french nails CICI is not it.

Nice people but we’re very rough with my nails/hands. My nails look pretty from far away but they’re very bumpy and did not have a good shape...
