I went to this salon needing a pedicure and dipped powder nails. Upon arriving the man who was going to be doing my nails was very rude. As I was getting a pedicure he decided to do my nails while I was in the pedicure chair. He rushed through doing my nails and did not smooth them out evenly and they all have a lot of texture. My nails are crooked and unevenly shaped. He didn’t even ask me to wash my hands after sanding down the acrylic, so all the loose dust that landed in my nails he covered with clear coat making it bumpyZ They’re are slight dips on my nails from his lack of evenly buffing it out. There are so many air bubbles underneath the clear coat as well. When I was getting a pedicure I didn’t feel like she was doing the best job. The wax bag they put on my feet was a piercing hot and I even told her to give the second bag a few minutes because it was steaming hot. Yes I know wax is supposed to be hot but not to the point where I’m literally tensed up from the pain. If your debating on this place and Euphoria in Kaufman, go to Euphoria. I’ve gone for years and I will never go back to Bliss. It was a very disappointing experience. My nail tech was rude and he was rushing so fast. There was 2 ladies there about 15 minutes before me getting their nails done and he finished me before they were even finished. Very very disappointed in this place, very nice owner but a very poor staff member. More than anything I would just like a refund for this poor service.

I walked in to bliss nails and bar and it was 2 people who came behind me and was sat down immediately and began to get their pedicure as I wait for 20 minutes also in cold water.so I had to tell the lady just please dry my feet and I will go! Poor service,the owner didn't apologize to me nor the 2 ladies who played back and forth with me and also the 1 lady who began to get me started left me to go do another lady who came behind me.not cool at all!!

I came in with a picture of a design and didn’t get anything less than perfect. If you go there, ask for Kevin! He did exactly what i asked for and went above and beyond to make sure that I liked them.

I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in in about 30 minutes. Very nice and friendly. I hate my feet being touched but the experience with Lynn was amazing! Very gentle and professional. Paid very close attention to detail and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. As someone that has hardly ever had her nails done and only one other pedicure ever before,That woman deserves a metal for the makeover she did on my feet and nails, absolutely beautiful. I will be back!
