My stylist was Kimberly! My first time at roots. I came in wanting all around blonde and she had looked at me and right away told me what she thinks. I couldn’t be any happier she did such an amazing job! Her personality and getting to know me was an amazing experience made me seem as if i been going there for years! I absolutely love her and recommend her she gave me a big boost of confidence and I feel absolutely beautiful! I had have my hair done for years at different places and going to roots was the best decision and i will continue for now on with her.

my final result and the picture i showed i wanted looked nothing alike. i had dirty blonde hair and they couldn’t lighten my hair to be a platinum blonde in one session when i know many people who have gotten from brown to platinum in one session. waste of your time and money

The staff is friendly and helpful. They greet you soon as you walk in. The service is great. I had a pedicure there and will go back again.
