I've been going to this salon for about six months. On a positive side, it's a very nice salon, and they have some good nail people. Unfortunately, they also have some not-so-good nail people. And the products they use are not the best. I hate to say this, but I have decided that this salon is not going to work for me and I won't go back.

I've always loved the place but today I went and they were closed despite the posted hours. Forcing me to find another location. I recommend calling first.

BEAUTIFUL SHOP! HORRIBLE STAFF! The only good nail tech there is Danny! But the girls at the reception desk are absolutely horrid! Jerusalem is a sweetheart but there's this other curly haired girl there who's the epitome of terrible customer service, lies, is rude, doesn't listen to requests, sits around doing nothing! I've been a faithful customer since they opened until i encountered her! And i wish i knew her name for the world to see! My pedicure hurt like hell even when i told the tech repeatedly she was hurting me. I patiently waited/wasted 3 hours of my super busy schedule to keep hearing I'm next and when i finally complained, this attitude having eye rolling girl starts blaming me when she lied to my face in front of my husband then she walks away while I'm talking to her and sits down so i said she was acting b****y and she starts hollering at me loud across the shop and her mousey co worker was trying to shut her up but it got so bad even tho i ignored her she got louder! I got up and walked out letting her know I'd call the owner who little does she know happens to be a good friend of mine and my family. If you want to receive ghetto attitude and bad service this is the place for you!

It's clean the staff are wonderful.. Their employees nails are on point!! I can't wait to get an appointment for Tina from the work I seen on the young recipients she does an AWESOME job! 💅

Was warmly welcomed and had my pedicure done in real good time! Will definitely be back.
