Never again. It took HOURS, FIVE, to get highlights mostly due to the constant stopping by the stylist to look at pics on her phone and gabbing. Ended up paying TOP price and for something I didn't want. They would have fixed it but the mall was closing, and I didn't have the patience to sit another five whole hours on another day. Just terrible.

Wish I had read these other reviews before coming here. Asked for ombré got yellow hair. Took 5 1/2 hours. I could have just gooped a bunch of bleach on it at home. Not blended at all just my natural dark then yellow. And some other lady brought her whole family with her including a screaming baby. Not their fault but why I couldn't bear to stay another second to ask them to fix it.

I have visited this salon several times for cut and color. Viki is my stylist and does a great job. No bad experience for me and I am very fussy!

Unreal! We had a middle aged African gentleman with his hair in braids, Completely BUTCHER our child's hair. It is unreal, and un fixable. NEVER we we go back to this place. Then we were charged $22 For the cut. Its just a Sad story all around. Please walk away from this gentleman if he is wanting to cut your hair.

I went with my bff and she got her hair bleached right and it was just supposed to be her bangs well it went everywhere no joke me and her r not impressed at all.
