Got my nails done for Ovarian Cancer Awareness month! The ladies were so funny and sweet! Will definitely go back!

I enjoyed my experience. Unlike other salons, this one actually cares if you have booked your appointment in advance. I also liked the people. When I pointed out a minor issue with one of my nails after my manicure, it was corrected immediately and my other nails examined for errors. I also had a pedicure and it was perfect, no complaints.

As soon as I walked in and asked for the pricing they were rude sounding. I wanted to get a pedicure with gel polish and they said it would be $50. So I asked how much regular polish would be and they said $30. Well I didn’t lose any money because I received a gift certificate for my birthday which is the only reason I came here. So I went ahead and said okay to the regular polish for my toes. And when I sat down in the chair they told me oh it will be $5 to remove your gel polish on your toes. Okay fine I’ll pay it. So I go to turn the chair on and told the lady it would not turn on, it was unplugged. Ok so then I try to make it work and the massager would not move. It was massaging my head instead of back. So I asked another lady how to work it. She said it is broke it won’t move. I said really. So I asked to move to another chair. By the way the person doing my feet was talking on her cell phone and not paying attention to me at all. So she is at a loss when she sees me get up to move and she grabs my foot and I said I’m moving because this chair is broken. She gets mad and tells the other lady that she wanted to do my feet in the broken chair. Well I’m not sitting in a broken chair. So she moves with me and does not say much at all. She does not use the scrubbing stuff for my feet like most places do. She kept looking at me and my cousin like we shouldn’t be here. The best part of this place was moving to a better chair for my back to be massaged. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail place. If it wasn’t for a gift certificate I wouldn’t have came. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and also I was wearing a dress and most places would offer a towel to place over your legs. Well she did not. And when she needed my feet to be moved she didn’t speak, she just grabbed my feet and expected for me to know what to do. I am writing this as she is doing my feet. She also just turns off the massager without saying anything at all. This place is horrible!!!!! Then they told my course it would be $35 for glitter tips. Well we went to pay for it and they said it will be $50. I said how is it $50. They said it cost $35 for full set and they charge to shape the nails and paint them. Like are you kidding me. Usually that is all included. This place is ridiculous and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not even if you have a gift certificate.

We came down to Shreveport for my birthday weekend and decided to get our nails done and we were not disappointed! This place did an amazing job and everyone was so friendly!! We will definitely be coming back!
