VERY pleased! I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and they let me come in right away! I’ve had so many pedicures and this was the best I’ve ever had. Very clean and my lady took her time and was very detailed and thorough. I felt so relaxed and not rushed. I’m so happy to have found my new nail place!

Tracy did a wonderful job on my nails! They’re beautiful! She really took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!

I was optimistic cause I tried a new place. They mumbled the minute we walked in. They brought the color pallet to us and just put it on the table and said nothing. So we brushed that off and then I went first. I sat down with a young gal and she immediately started working on my nails. Didn’t say hi, didn’t say her name, how are you, what do you want??? NOTHING!!! Just confirmed the numbers and went on. She didn’t check with me or say a single word through the whole process. They did dip which is new to me so she started dipping and it was a purple color which is how the paint one is so I didn’t think anything of it. Then we got to the end and she wasn’t painting yet. I thought the number I asked for was green (51) but apparently green is 51 B so I didn’t see the tiny letter on the end of the row of colors and it was completely wrong. She never checked or asked about what I want. Then she dipped them again with the green color I wanted and she was being rude. Then she got up grabbed my phone out of my lap and my jacket and brought me to the table with the fan. Then she hit it for me to put my hands down and walked away. My friends were done and I went first. The gal that did my nails walked away when I was drying and started someone else with their nails. I got up and another guy there said I don’t think you are done. I looked to my gal and she didn’t look at me. So I got up and just stood by the desk to pay. Finally another girl (not mine) walked over and paid me out. I am just shocked, I am really nice and will brush off rude people but I couldn’t believe that! She didn’t say a single word the whole time!! How rude!!! When she said the green was 51 B instead of just 51 she kind of through her hands up mad. I don’t do nails often I did not know and the B was almost gone off the color tray so I didn’t know. But she never asked or said hi even!! My nails are very thick and clunky so I will not go back if I have to work with that girl. Everyone else was talking and being nice but she was the only one being so rude and not even trying to be courteous .

This is my go to in Cheyenne. It’s very clean. They do a fantastic job, my pedi and mani are known to last up to 3 weeks without chipping. Great prices and can usually squeeze me in. Best massage in town for pedi.
They show you what is available without pushing different products.
I go here about 1-2 a month.

This mail spa is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, personable, and quick. Definitely recommend!
