Had went to get pink and white gel nails. Had let the guy know I wanted them a dark pink he said fine. And ended up doing clear instead of pink. I told him I didn’t ask for clear that I wanted them a dark pink. And he said that like looked fine. Last time I go there. Like I’m paying for my nails, he didn’t get a tip. But I don’t see myself coming here anymore.

Roza Nails is my primary nail spa. Because they’re customer service is AMAZING. However they’re closed Tuesday’s and if torn my nails off for a fresh set. So I went to Art nails. Last time I’ll do that. Cindy did my nails. The product was over lapping my fingers which can let water in and cause lifting. I pointed it out and it obviously pist her off because her manor became more rough and she was visibly annoyed. After coaching her through her profession I told her to stop and I went home and shaped them myself. The acrylic was lumpy and not smooth which shows once your color is on. She was more focused on other customers coming in. Reminded me of a slaughter house. Get this done and on to the next. I highly recommend Roza nails by Walmart in Wylie. It’s about $5 more but quality is amazing and so are the owners there.
