I tried this salon out because the price at my regular salon was going up and quality was going down. I can honestly say love this place. John always does really well with my nails. And he actually has a conversation with you instead of sitting in silence.

This place is horrible I went in not even 2 weeks ago to get acrylic nails and the have all fallen off. They didn’t do anything I asked for I asked for short and even shorter and they were still long. I asked for round and they were still square both my thumb nails and huge ( so it looks to me.) this place is was not professional at all. I didn’t like the way that they all talking in there language and only talked about there family when it was convenient for them. I will never go back to this place again. I shouldn’t have even went In the first place. If I could give no stars I would.

They need to put a sign upon entering : cash only for tips because there are other nail salons that you can tip on the card but this place doesn’t allow it and get annoyed that you don’t have cash. Honestly I feel like not a lot of people carry cash now days it’s shouldnt be a surprise. I don’t know about anyone else but I always feel weird and odd when I’m getting my pedicure or manicure done and they are just talking in their own language with their employees and not knowing what they are really saying it makes me feel awkward and I feel like in a customer service type of environment they should be initiating a conversation with the client. I won’t be coming back and going to more of an English language spoken more type of nail salon. My pedicure service wasn’t all that great. I’ve had amazing service elsewhere for about the same price.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Don’t listen to your customers. Just got my nails done today not at all satisfied They did not do anything got acrylic nails done but very bad they took only half hour whereas earlier from where I got them done they were excellent and took one and hour hour to do and they lasted for over two months and were very good I will never recommend this to anyone. Very bad I wish I good could not give any stars to them. Will never go again

Love this place. I have been coming here for years. Kevin always does an amazing job.
