Thank you for making my eyebrows look amazing! I will never go anywhere else. Twice I have been here, with two different ladies, and both made my eyebrows look great!

I moved from another state, this was my first stop to finding a good place like I was used to back at home. These people are friendly, and do good work. Since I have been in for few months now I see no reason to go elsewhere. I would recommend them.

I'm not sure if I did something to tick these people off, but I felt like I was an inconvenience for coming in. I needed a full set, so I showed him a picture of some medium length nails with rounded tips. His acknowledgment of the picture by saying "round tips" is the only interaction I had from him the whole time. He was literally talked to any of the customers around me but me. He didn't at any point ask about length when he was clipping them off, and ended up doing them way too short, so with the rounded edges they look like bubbles. The reason I get full sets is because my nails are extremely short and I want them a normal length, not just to add a little tip to them. I'd get tips if I wanted them. My only was the length wrong, but the roundness wasn't even; some of the sides are steeply sloped and it gives several of them a slightly pointed look. I've never had my nails done this poorly, ever, and I spent 30 bucks for them. I even still tipped, although I shouldn't have since he did nothing except the bare minimum of what he had to do.
More customer service problems: When I accidentally smudged my polish before I could get it to the UV light, I apologized profusely. There was absolutely no attempt at making me feel like it was okay; I have no idea how many times I apologized because I felt like I was wasting his time because of an accident. He hurriedly, silently, painted it again, more carelessly.
He also made a Facetime call in the middle of my nails. No, "sorry, I need to take care of something" or anything, just started dialing and chatting with me sitting there.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt horrible about being there the whole time because I felt like I was a hassle the entire time, and I didn't even do anything except accidentally knocking one of my nails. I wasn't rude to them in any way to deserve such treatment.
I chose this place on a whim, and I chose incorrectly. My advice is to try one of the many other nail places in town.

The best in Murfreesboro! Please bypass everywhere else. Either they charge too much or expect for your nails to break off of you go somewhere else.
