I went to get my left toenail fixed because it had a slight chip. After a few mins of talking with the owner and the lady who was servicing me, we agreed that I would get acrylic on the chipped toe and replace the white gel polish for $40. When the tech started with the acrylic, I could tell that she did not know what she was doing because of how she was placing it on my toenail but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought that when it was dried down she would shape it nicely. I asked her twice to shape it properly since it was lumpy and round and I’m not sure if it was the language barrier, but nothing changed about the shape. After asking for a third time, I was annoyed and let her start painting with the white gel polish. By the second coat of polish I could visibly see how HORRIBLE it looked so I asked her to stop the service. Look at my toes — there’s acrylic on my skin and the shape is horrible. The owner insisted that I stay to have it fixed but I had already wasted 90 mins in there with horrible nails so I paid and left. I will never go back to this place again and I will never recommend it to anyone. If I could have given 0 stars, I would. A waste of my time and my money.

I made an appointment for 1:00 on Saturday for powder dip and pedicure. Got there and there was only one person in there doing another pedicure. She reached out to owners who were supposed to be doing our services Nd they responded they would be there in 5 minutes. No worries that is reasonable. We would wait. When they still didn’t arrive at 1:30 we walked out! Unbelievable we wasted 30 minutes of our afternoon!! Never again and I would not recommend!!

I got pedicure the first time I went to the salon. The lady scratched my skin so bad, that it took a few weeks to heal. I decided to give it another try, but to get manicure this time. First of all, I am not a fan of paying before the service is complete, because I might not like how the service is done. The lady did nit speak English, so it was hard to communicate my preferences. They charged me $18 for a classic menicure while it says $15 on their website. I think they should have honored the price of $15 once I inquired of the discrepancy, but they did not. Finally, the application of nail polish is mediocre. The shapes are not done great either. Will not return to this salon

I’ve been to this salon twice now and had a good experience both times. I don’t ask for anything fancy; I prefer simple gel mani. Two people I work with separately recommended this salon after I complained about a poor experience somewhere else. I’m so glad I came! Their prices are posted inside and you can save 3% by paying with cash. I had different technicians on my two visits and had no communication issues whatsoever. Very peaceful atmosphere and music, too.

I had a really great experience here today. Everyone was nice and my tech Lisa took her time and made my nails even and shaped them well. Dip nails can sometimes be bumpy but they are smooth and beautiful. So happy I stopped by ❤️ I live in Chapel Hill but I may start coming back out here for my nails.
