This is the best place I have ever gotten my nails done! Everyone is always so considerate and courteous. They are truthful with their wait times and will go above and beyond to call in extra support if they get slammed.
They handle customers with grace and are able to continue to be professional. I watched a woman come in one day demanding a refund and being very disrespectful. The manager and the rest of the staff spoke to her kindly and tried very hard to be accommodating despite her screaming at them and demanding she doesn’t have to pay. They gave her a discount and were very helpful!!
I have had all of my family in with me for a plethora of different services and they never fail to please!

The WORSE experience ever! I give this place less than a 1 star rating!
To begin with, my husband decided to sit next to me while I was getting my pedicure. The manager lady walked up to his face twice and just stared at him, which was really rude. The guy who was doing my pedicure had to tell her to leave him alone.
Then, the guy who did my pedicure cut my toe to where it bled and he had to use 2 pieces of cotton to whipe it off. When I asked him if he was going to give me a discount for it he said yes, he knows. He even applied alcohol on it.
When I went up to th the front to pay, they did not want to give me my discount. The manager came up and asked what happened so I explained the situation to her. She said “let me see”, bends down and looks at my toe. Of course you can’t see the cut because the guy covered it with the nail polish. He denies that it happened so I got my card and said I wasn’t going to pay. (Yes, I probably shouldn’t have done that.) The manager then grabs me and tries to force me to sit down so I pushed her away... TWICE!! Mind you, I’M ALMOST 6 MONTHS PREGNANT!! Once the other employees saw her do that they told her to just give me the discount. Even then she stayed right in my face yelling at me, telling me to sit down.
BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Never would I have imagined being grabbed and forced to sit down, while being pregnant, in a nail salon.

Very clean and the employees are very friendly.
Been going here for pedicures since 2013 and have never been let down once.
The massage chairs are comfortable and the glass of wine is a very nice touch to help relax and enjoy the experience.
Never had a manicure here, but will always go back for the pedicures!

The guy that did my manicure and pedicure did a very nice job. I came in last minute, hoping that they weren't crowded. They were not crowded but my pedicure did take a while to get completed. After that though, things went by much quicker. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Probably will return.

I have read all these reviews such negativity. I use Rosie and followed her from another nail salon. Would not use or let anyone else do my nails. She is amazing and my nails are perfect every time. I text her to set my appt and no issues. Her sister Carol owns the shop and is very professional. Please don't go by the reviews and ask for Rosie or Carol . You will not be disappointed.
