Carmen is a beautiful woman.... she never once questioned whether or not she COULD accomodate me and my chair... she just did! Rounded my corners without my asking.... dealt with all of my issues and never once complained. Haven't been in a while... but if you are in a chair, talk to "Carmen"... She WILL take excellent care of you!!! (Thank you Ma... nothing but love for you ALWAYS!!!)

This place is the worse place I've ever been to, to get my nails done. My mom and I went here for a pedicure and the nail polish came off like stickers within two days for the bothah of us. They must have used old nail polish. Not worth the money.

Horrible in all aspects. They use dirty tools, they cut up your fingers, they're awful with the way they leave acrylic all over the fingers and to top it off the nails pop off. Not to mention the lack of customer service. I only gave it a one because I had to comment

I agree with everyone. The last time I went their only 1 person their so I waited then someone else came in and she was taken first, I got up and walked out. Went to Zen further up on Burnside. This place is closed up now .
